Please know you are agreeing to following terms and conditions  when you purchase from Lykestead Farms

Once an order is placed, it CAN NOT be altered or cancelled.

TUBER LISTING

All of our listing is for ONE tubers unless specified in listing. There will be few that we grew from cuttings that formed small clumps.

LIMITS

Please follow the limit rules wherever mentioned. It is Limit 1 per person per household. If we find anyone breaking this rule, all your orders will be cancelled and refunded.

SHIPPING

Tubers will be shipped in the order they are received. We will start shipping to warmer states first. If you provided an email with us, you will get a notification when your order has shipped with tracking details.

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

We are not responsible for weather so please monitor your package and pick up the package as soon as it arrives. Do not let it sit in mailbox .

Please note we are not responsible for lost , stolen or damaged shipment due to shipping carrier. We are not responsible for shipment delays once the package leaves our location. If you have any issues with shipment please track the shipment and contact carrier . 

Please inspect the tubers immediately and let me know within 72 hours if there are any issues. Do not wait weeks to contact me . Please include your order number with photos/videos of your issue.

Please remember tubers comes in many shapes. Some of the varieties is known to make tiny tubers. We will send you tuber with atleast one eye, neck and body intact. If for some reason you think the tuber is blind please let me know within 72hrs after you receive the tuber. Please note some tubers need more time to wake up than others. Regardless, we will respond asking you to give more time . Please email us to fix the issues before going to social media for answers.

We are a small farm and please allow us 48 hrs to respond to your email.

Lykestead Farms is not liable to compensate anything other than cost of the tuber.
